URGENT -

I am extremely upset to have to cancel today's session.

I have been contacted by NHS to say I've been on contact with someone with COVID and I have to self isolate.

At this time I don't have any symptoms.

I am so sorry to dissapoint you all but of course have to follow gov guidelines and also want to keep all you and your families safe!
